AWARD WINNING PROJECTS

Rainier Construction & Remodeling is proud to announce an award winning entry in this year's Pierce County Tour of Remodeled Homes. The Sullivan home was recognized for its excellence in remodeling. The Tour of Remodeled Homes is sponsored by Master Builders Association of Pierce County. Proceeds from the event go to Mary Bridge Children's Hospital & Health Center.

The Burwell home in Puyallup won the local Master Builders of Pierce County REX Award and the BIAW REX Award. The Award was for "Residential Addition Under $75,000" (Best Local & Best in the State).


THE SULLIVAN HOME

The Sullivan project is on the 2001 Tour of Remodeled Homes. The Address is 7220 - 99th. Ave. S. W. Tour Days: Sept. 29th & 30th. Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days. The Sullivan home won the local Master Builders of Pierce County REX Award (Remodeling Excellence) & Honorable Mention in the BIAW Awards (Building Industry Association of Washington). The Award was for "Residential Addition $75,000 to $150,000" (Best Local & Honorable Mention State).


THE BURWELL HOME

The Burwell home in Puyallup won the local Master Builders of Pierce County REX Award and the BIAW REX Award. The Award was for "Residential Addition Under $75,000" (Best Local & Best in the State).
